Reports 6.0: Strange Printer Problem

Oracle reports 6.0 on Windows 95.
Problem: when our users invoke Reports 6.0 from Forms 6.0 by using

                 RUN_PRODUCT, sometimes they got incomplete printing:
                 i.e., Landscape printing was cut on the right edge like a
                 Portait printing, the low half of the print has nothing
etc.
                 This kind of strange printing just happens occasionally,
                 and normally they will get a good print if they restart
Windows.
                 The same reports printing was running fine under  Developer
2000
                  Version 2.0 with Reports 3.0.

Has anybody else encountered the same problem? I don't think the printer has any problem
because it has no printing problem with other applications AND Oracle Reports 6.0 also
HAS NO PROBLEM with it MOST of the time. Any suggestions and advises are greatly appreciated.
