FarPoint Tab control help - URGENT!

Has anyone implemented the farpoint tab ActiveX control in a forms 5.0 form? We have implemented it OK from a code standpoint but are having trouble getting the runtime environment to see the registered OCX.

If anyone has any experience of this control or any other "license registration" type errors, please let me know, we are getting uncomfortably close to release date!
