Oracle Forms question

Hello,
[Quoted] I am unable to connect to Personal oracle database from Oracle Forms. I have Personal Oracle 8.0, Forms 5.0.6, both on the same machine with Windows [Quoted] 95. When I try to connect I get the following error message:

ORA-12154 TNS:Could not resolve service name

Please let me know how I can establish the connection. Any help with this is appreciated.
