Hi

Use Forms Document Option

With Forms 4.5

Use the Menu Option

Go To File --> Adminstration ----> Forms Doc

With Forms 5.0

Go To File --> Adminstration --> Object List Report

This Will give Documentation of all the Form Objects ( Triggers , Items , Program Units )

If You Like to have only the Program units and Associated Libaray Files Open The Form in Debug Mode and Use

Export * Prog < file_name >

Form More Read on Debug Mode
