- Is this a stored Function? or local library? or local to module?
- for stored: do you have all the proper execute rights for such a function? Have you tried logging in as same user and trying the function in sql/plus?
- Is there a synonym for such a function or have you tried explicit owner.function call?
- does the owner of the function have the explicit rights to do what the function wants?
