Just think if Excel can do the calculations you want that tool to be done?

What I understand from your requirements that you will feed data into Oracle, calculate results and save these results in the database.

You can use Excel using Oracle Objects for OLE to build such a solution. I am assuming that processing of data through these equations is not in real time.

OO4O comes with very nice application examples for MS Excel.
