need help deploying w95 forms 5.0 app

We have converted all of our forms and reports and anything else to Forms 5.0 and reports 3.0 (from forms 4.5 and reports 2.5).

Now: the fun task of making it work for the end users.

Here we go:

1. Install Developer 2000 2.1 - ORAWIN95 (oracle home dir) to network drive s:\orawin95 (we found the minimal install minus any builders and doc files works fine). check.
2. SOURCE FILES (fmx, rep, pll, mmx...) s:\eis. registry keys FORMS50_PATH, REPORTS30_PATH, TK25_ICON key are modified to point to s:\eis accordingly. check.
3. LOCAL FILES: HELP!!! We can't seem to isolate all the local files (c:\windows\system or whatever) placed on the client by step 1. We have tried using SMS to give us an idea. We compared directories before/after manually. When we click to launch the app, the cursor goes to an hourglass, then returns to the default cursor - no messages or anything.

The application launches ok on the system we originated the install on, but when we try to make an InstallShield project with the required files on the client, and then try to install and run on a "virgin" machine, it just won't click. If I try to run f50run32 from the bin directory, it won't do anything either.

Million dollar question: Can somebody just provide me with a complete list of DLL files or whatever that need to be installed on the client? I can trim the list down if I have time - but I am so pissed off with this mundane task that I really don't care if I waste a couple megs on the client's machine at this point, as long as it works.. And what about the registry: Is LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE the only key that needs to be modified on the client (apart from any self-registering DLLs)?
