Problem in configuring Dev. Server, using IE5

Hi,
We are using IE5 to create Web Server Users (www_dba, www_user) using Default configuration tool. The process should take 25-30 minutes. It starts fine, creates users, but while creating various packages, it gives IE Timeout Error (IE can't open <web-site>, Operation Timed out). It seems that if for some package, IE doesn't get response from database for success or failure within about 2 minutes, it gives this error. Is there any timelimit, we can define in IE5 or Dev Serverto wait for response. so that we can increase that.
