If you just need to casually do it once, set up ODBC and link table into access and export it delimited. If you want to do it on a production basic you should write a PL/SQL script to do it and maybe a shell script to log it and ensure it gets the correct path, and etc. The other posts list most of what you need for writing the PL/SQL script.
