Oracle Transparent Gateway for OS/390 - memory problems

We're experiencing OTG as gate between DB/2 V4 and Oracle servers on Windows/NT servers via LU6.2 connection. The storage request (virtual memory) is very hard. Users request up to 600 concurrent connession to the OTG but I can't resolve more than 150 - 180 due to an excessive use of the storage below the 16 Mb.
I measured about 30 Kb for each user using concurrently the OTG. The STACKSIZE parameter, as I sawn, impact only over the 16 MB ! Anyone had experiences like these ?
