Oracle has no tools that can convert RPT files to newer oracle product forms. I'm in the process of converting RPT files by hand right now :(
I've seen some third party software that might convert RPT files, I've seen something called RPT-2-C which I guess makes them into C files. And I've seen some tool from a software developer in india that runs in windows and interprets RPT files as if you are running them through Oracle's RPT program. A company called kumaran provides services to convert RPT files as well...you can check them out at www.kumaran.com, they are very friendly and helpful.
