Oracle 7.1 and 32-bit ODBC Drivers

I have finally managed to get a 16 bit application to access a 7.1 Oracle database under Windows 98, using SQL*Net 2.1 and the 16 bit ODBC drivers.
Does anyone know where I can find 32-bit versions of the Oracle ODBC drivers, and do they work with SQL*Net v2.1. The drivers I found on the Oracle website are used in conjunction with SQL*Net 2.3.
