HELP!!!!! Where in Designer 2000 does the DBA specify the DB_BLOCK_SIZE for a database

I want to estimate the size of my objects with the repository reports, but the reports always assume that my DB block size is 2048.

I assumed that I could set it as a property of a DATABASE in the RON, but NO, it's not there.

If anyone has a solution, please help me
