Help required In Forms 3.0

Hi,
I am using forms3.0 in VM evironment.
I want to use key trigger other than functional key trigger(F0-F9). my requirement is , i should be able to pop up a window on pressing a key like 'ctrl +D'
because all other keys i.e., F1 -F12 are all mapped for other specific use.
How to map the other keys to write a trigger for that to get the effect required.
