Forms4.5 Ole Container with Word Document as Object

Hi,
Has anyone had any trouble using Word as an ole server, with Forms 4.5 as the client? I have some problems when closing the word document (not in an inprocess window). Word appears to update the ole field, whether you want it to or not, and sometimes get's it wrong. Usually, after previous opening and closing of the container.
Please let me know if you have come across this problem, and any solutions you might have found for it.
