32 bits oracle form deployment

Sir:
My company is using 16 bits form and in the process of converting to 32 bits under window nt. I have following question:
- In 16 bits environment, our win.ini point to a oracle.ini located on a common shared drive where contains tnsnames.ora and other files(so change can be made a single point). Is it possible to use the same set for 32 bits form under NT?
- If the question in 1. is not true. How do I get around the problem of maintaining oracle home for each individaul nt workstation.
