SQL*Net client comes on a separate CD. It used to be available for download. But I have never tried to download it anytime recently since Oracle always sends me the latest version on CDs. Since you already own a copy of Oracle, the best thing to do is to contact Oracle sales and they will send the CD to you. Hope this helps.
