ORA-02055

I have a stored procedure saved on a local database executed from a form. In this procedure I perform some DML operations on the local database and some others on a remote database. When I encounter an error, maybe my RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR, I get back in errmsg of form only the generic ORA-02055 "distributed update operation failed; rollback required" and not the original message.
