Designer/2000 repository synchronization

I need to now synchronize both the repositories - Move the Modules from repository 2 to repository one.

I have found that the unload/load facility offered by Designer/2000 pretty unreliable where only half the module gets loaded.

Any hints and information pointers I can get is much appreciated.
