Mainly Oracle applications are NOT safe with SP4 before the end of december
98. To day, it exists free patch files however I don't know their version
numbers, just ask them to your local Oracle Online support.

For informations, check :
* your network configuration
* swap file to 256 Mo
* many informations are stored in the \orant\ows\wrb.log file
