Is also a coexistence between V 2.5 and V 3.0 Reports possible?

We work with developer / 2000 V 1.2 and want to upgrade to developer / 2000 V 2.1. But on the other side we want to continue to use our old reports 4.5 and forms 3.0 without to change the sources. We have already PL/SQL V 2
