Developer/2000 for the Web

According to our Salesperson and Oracle Client Relations, Developer 2000 Client/Server and the Developer Server is all we need. Both have told me that there is not a Developer 2000 for the Web. On page 1-6 of the installation guide for Developer 2000 Client/Server version 2.1 it is stated "Web interfaces are only available in the Developer 2000 for the Web release ...".
