oas 4.0.7 multinode install

Has anyone successfully performed a multi node install using OAS 4.0.7? I can get the primary node working fine with the ORD,WRB,Listener and cartridges, but I cant get the listener to start on the remote node. Remote has Listener and WRB. This is the message I get:
