Formatting Problem in Reports 3.0

Hi all!

I am currently using Reports 3.0 in Developer 2.1. I have this report in which I need to thicken the border of a section frame of information, e.g., I have my personnel, academic and financial information displayed in different 'boxes' or frames. I want to distinguish between the 3 by widening the borders of the frame. However, when I widen the border line, the object 'jumps' out of the main frame enclosing it and the report cannot be run.

Lemme say this again. I have this frame containing data from the tables. I put a rectangle around, overlapping the frame. However, when I widened the frame, the rectangle removes itself from the frame enclosing it and the report cannot be run.

Anybody knows why???
