Is Designer2000 wothwhile?

It really depends on what you want to do. Designer 2000 has lots of flaws (and bugs) but as far as I know it's the only one that will generate code for Oracle formas and reports from the design. All I can suggest is to decide exactly what you want to do and then check out tools against your must have list.

Erwin do a good case tool but I've only had a couple of salesman demos and no experience of using it for real. I've been using Designer 2000 since it was Case 5.0 and while it has me tearing my hair out at times it has been getting better with each release.
