[Quoted] I know the 'Free Format Text' flag is always true when reverse engineering. I can't quite recall if in 1.3 (1.3.0 or 1.3.2???) the arguments are reverse engineered correctly, but you should be able to see them in the RON. If not, contact support.
At least set the 'Free Format Text' flag to false.
