Forms on the WEB - need your opinion

I once tried to build a WEB interface to my Forms application; I used Forms 4.5
(Dev 1.5) with Oracle WEB server 2, and though it worked, it was unstable with
some unexpected behaviors.
I would like to get your opinion about distributing Forms using current versions
of Oracle products, please refer specifically to:

• Its stability, performance, limitations, problems, etc.
• Versions (D2k/WEB server) you are working with.
• Any tips, tricks etc. on both installation and/or development
• Any references on the WEB.
