I think you may be able to use the WHEN-MOUSE-MOVE trigger along with the :System.Mouse_Button_Pressed system variable. It is a bit of a cheat and possibly resource intensive but I think it will work. You just have to show a stacked canvas when the mouse moves and the right mouse button is being pressed when the mouse is in a enabled area.
