I have an large forms4.5 application that is running on a Novel Network. The work-stations are running either Win98, or WinNT 4.0. I do the development on an NT work-station and run the apps on Win98 work-stations. To use the application, you must log into it as a specific user. The applications allow for users to belong to certain roles which have certain access to certain menu options. User X can log into the system and get this message and as soon as any changes begin to be made to a record. I can log into the system as user X as well and I don't get the message when making changes.(FRM-40654) Other times I can log in and get the message. I can't find any pattern to it. I'm working with our DBA now to see if its some rights violation.
