ORACLE 8.0.4 on HPUX 10.20 ?

We are planning to upgrade our ORACLE database to a higher version.

We currently running 7.2.3 and I was wondering if there were any known problems with 8.0.4 running on a
HP 9000 series machine running HPUX 10.20.
