What do I have installed?

I am trying to see what packages I have installed in my database. When I launch sqlplus I see this:

Oracle7 Server Release 7.3.4.0.1 - Production With the distributed, replication, parallel query and Spatial Data options PL/SQL Release 2.3.4.0.0 - Production

But when I look in the unix.rgs file and when I run the inspdver utility, get this:

7.3.4.0.1            Oracle7 Server (RDBMS)                  
3.3.4.0.1            SQL*Plus                                

So is SqlPlus lying when it tells me that I have PL/SQL installed? I am having errors in the database that imply that PL/SQL is not there. Any help or explanation is appreciated.
