SQL LOADER ascii tables Paradox/Access

I wish to load some ASCII tables into my personal oracle 7 database.

They are originally created in Paradox & ACCESS.

I have heard sql*loader is the tool for the job.

Can anybody give me any tips on how to use it/load it.

How do you run sql*loader in Personal Oracle 7
