Q: AutoKsip foeld and forms though web doesn't work

We have converted Forms 3.0 to Develop 2000 4.5 forms and in turn put them up on the web. A very disturbing bug has popped up.  

The AutoSkip field feature which automatically jumps to the next field when a field is filled does not work. However, internally, the pointer I think is pointing to the next field, because if I hit the Tab key (next field), it jumps two fields over.  

Is there a fix for this? Is it a known bug?
