Need help. One of the users is experiencing this problem at the point of committing. A core dump (see below) takes place terminating the user. He has to re-login to the system again. It only occurs this a particular form.

Could anyone suggest/recommend a cause of action? I have already logged a tar with Oracle. Yet to revert. Is there a bug with this version of F45RUN?
