Hi, Rok,

  Given that you CAN connect from one machine, the easiest solution is to copy the SQLNET.ORA and TNSNAMES.ORA files from this machine to the machine where you can't make a connection to the database. If you still can't make the connection, the problem is likely name/IP address resolution, in which case you should put the IP address of the machine where the Oracle database resides (if not dynamically allocated) in the hosts file on the client machine with the connection problems.
