Dev 2.1 Problem!

Oracle error ORA-03113, ORA-064?0, and Developer's internal errors always appearred during our development time. We have tried many methods and the final solution to these errors is to close the form builder and restart it.
Would anyone have the solutions on these or suggests some methods to reduce the occurrance of these errors?
