Mobile Agents problem

After install 'Mobile Agents V.2.0.4.1' on 'Windows NT4.0 service pack 1'
 i run "agent control" and recieve message from Dr.Watson about application error
in smxnadm.exe access violation (0xc0000005), Address 0x77668335 :-( May be someone have experience with this problem? Thanks
