Forms 5.0 problem

I am encountering a very strange problem with FORMS 5.0. I ve made a trigger when button pressed in that a refernce to table has been made In the form i'm calling the reports product. NOw the table used for data is giving strange behaviour.
The structure of the tle is some waht as follows Mobile_no
Region
Tariff
mobile_type

NOw the Trigger is compiled sucessfully when the table is so
if a create another fields in the table which is being referenced only by
reports. it gives the error end of file on communication
channel and i'm disconnected. I'm using SQl*net andd oracle 8.0.3 server. On
the
other hand if i add the field after the compilation it works successfully
until
the next time compiled. it is not a network problem 'cause all other things
are
working fine.
Please help urgently
