Create a Group for
Hi.

This could do the trick:
1. Create a new Group for City_Name (dragging it out of the

   actual group).
2. Create a Repeating_Frame on this group that encloses the

   actual repeating frame in which City_Name is. [Quoted] 3. Define a page-break for the new repeating frame.
