spliting panes in forms 5

HI
can anyone written a form that does panes splitting . ie In Object Navigator you can split it horizontally and vertically by movingthe small black line up and down so you can view the navigator in two panes and whichever window the cursor is in is active
I would be grateful if any our you forms gurus could give me some idea as to how to program it or if anyone has done the following any sample code would be appreciated
