Forms 5.0: Runtime Compatibility Mode property

Hi!

Is there any possibility to run form designed with Forms 5.0 under Forms Runtime 4.5? There is a propery "Runtime Compatibility Mode" with possible values 4.5 or 5.0. Just setting it to 4.5 doesn't seems to make anything real.
