You are on the right track.

TK23_ICON is possibly the one you want.

TK25_ICON is for forms 5.0

However forms will search the current directory (the start in directory), forms45_path (I think), oracle_path and tk??_icon.

Sorry, don't know the order of precedence off the top of my head.

I think it's much simpler for production if you drop all executable forms, reports and icons into a single directory and then set the shortcuts to start in that directory.

For development... TK??_ICON is a pain, but it works...
