Change Icon for F45Run32

Is there a MS Windows function that I can call to change the icon for a running F45Run32 process? A client of mine wants to run multiple Forms 4.5 applications, or even multiple instances of the same application. This works fine, of course, except that they see the same icon for all processes on the Win95 taskbar. We do change the title on the FORMS_MDI_WINDOW so they see different text based on various criteria, but they would like to see different icons on the Win95 taskbar. Any ideas?
