displaying columns in forms

I have a bit of a problem. Using Forms 5.0 I want to display a table like so:

A1 A2 A3 A4 A5
B1 B2 B3 B4
C1 C2 C3 C4 C5

etc etc

where the actual table looks like:

A1 A2 A3
A1 A2 A4
A1 A2 A5
B1 B2 B3
B1 B2 B4
C1 C2 C3
C1 C2 C4
C1 C2 C5

etc etc.

where A# and B# are the actual data.

Any suggestions are appreciated,
