oraclm32.dll not found when running Oracle Objects for OLE C++ program

I have been using oo40 for some time with vb5 and it runs fine. I am now experimenting with using it in Microsoft vc6.

I have been using oo40 for some time with vb5 and it runs fine. I am now experimenting with using it in Microsoft vc6.
I can compile and link a simple test program with no problem. When I goto run the program, it complains that it can't find the oraclm32.dll. I scanned my hard drive but I still can't find it.
Can anyone offer any possible solutions.
