I've not done anything with forms 2.3 but the Zoom that I have done in 10.7SC forms 4.5 requires a modification to the CUSTOM.PLL library to have the routine 'zoom_available' return a 'true' value (means a zoom is available for the block and the zoom will be lit on the menu). In Applications Systems Admin for release 11, coding of Zooms is explained clearly in chapter 11 (Zoom and Customizing Oracle Applications). Let me know if you need more details. P.S. These instructions specifically ask you not to use 'call_form'...
