Login Screen on forms 5 -- HELP

I want to create my own login screen in forms 5.0 . I have managed it so that where the user logs in correctly its work perfectly.

But when the user enters a incorrect username password or database connection its fails I get an error message and then login screen reverts back to oracle's login screen

what i need it to do is revert back to my log in screen .

Has anyone got any ideas as to how to do it, or has anyone got any code ie. sample forms that deals with such a situation

Help would be appreciated
