Hi,
I have written a tool that uses ODBC to connect to many databases. It is
free. Check out WinSQL at http://www.imranweb.com in the "Free Software"
section.
You can also download the professional version (not free) that allows you to migrate data from one source to another. For example from Oracle to MS SQL Server.
