Forms 5 crashes when screen scaver is activated ?

since a few days (I modified a form a few days ago, but I don't what I changed cause it were a lot of procedures and canvases...) Forms crashes

under WinNT 4 after the screen saver is activated with the message:

Function key is not allowed. Press STRG+F1 to view the keys allowed

or something like that. But I didn't press any key - or is the screen saver a
key?
I turned the screen saver off but the problem is that we use some laptops and
Forms 5 crashes with the same error when the power-saving mode is activated. And there is another problem: some of the database connections are
not terminated correctly after the crash leaving dozens of connections and
locked rows in the database!

Has someone had the same problem or has someone an idea wich function-key or trigger is executed causing the crash?
