If anyone else has found a way to display *INSIDE* a form please feel free to enlight us here!!

Andreas,

I haven't found a way to display a pdf file *inside* a form. You can store pdf files (or any other ole-type file) inside a table though and have it's icon displayed in the form (other filetypes can be viewed inside the form). In case of PDF an icon is displayed and by double-clicking, Acrobat Reader is started-up and the PDF is displayed.

Do it like this:
Build a new table with a long raw column. Build a new form based on that table using the datablock wizard. Indicate that the long raw column-item is to be an Ole-container. Lay out your form to size the ole-container. Run your form. Try inserting a new record. The ole container appears empty, but right-click to insert an object (file). Select Create from file. Save the data and try on yourself.

Good Luck,

Sicco Otten
